Manager treated me badly.
I am the salon manager, of a exclusive boutique in Cradlestone mall. Once a month, I have a meeting with the Spa owner, as well as the operational manager. Today, 2 February, we went to Doppio Zero, for our usual meeting. All of a sudden, the manager (a skinny coloured guy), came to our table, and interrupted our meeting. He screamed at me, in front of my bosses, saying that one of his friends had a bad experience at our salon. He carried on, not giving me a chance to speak. He come down on me so strong, no one had a chance to even talk! He threw such a scene, that even the customers looked at him! He embarrest me in front of my bosses, screaming at me in front of everyone! When I tried to speak, he said I must keep my mouth shut! I tried to explain our side of the story in a calm manner, but he knew I could not do anything in front of my bosses, and took advantage of it! Who does he think he is? I don't even know him! How can he speak to clients like that? He doesn't even know what happened in the salon, and I wasn't even involved! I am appalled! My bosses thought he was a joke, and I truly hope something gets done about this! HOW CAN A MANAGER DO THAT???
