My daughter who’s 14 and looks like shes 12 .. was at a dinner at doppio zero in sandton city on Saturday for a 7 pm dinner with her other 14 year old friends. Upon collection at 8.:30 I noticed she smelt like vodka and questioned her about it .. apparently this restaurant is known to not ask questions when it comes to drinking age and is frequented by minors in her circle of friends looking to have a party….. all 6 of her friends were able to order alcohol without any questions asked by the staff.

My wife spoke to the manager this morning who became quite defensive and promised to look at camera footage but generally brushed it off.
