If redemption were an event, this is it.

On the 18th February 2019, I confirm that I was contacted by the manager of the Greenside restaurant, he provided me with absolute assurance that root of my complaint was not their ethos and assured me that they have resolved the issues. Apologies were offered, and so was a night for my girlfriend and I to experience redemption. On Saturday (02/03/2019) we took them up on their offer, which was extended to 4 extra guests. We were greeted by Troy (the other Manager), who boasted an apology that would rival even the most apologetic spouses, and facilitated it in a manner that was flawless. I am impressed by their extensive efforts to resolve the root of the problem, especially revamping the roof of the smoking section. As usual, the food was amazing, as this is hardly ever questionable. We were even greeted by our previous waiter (Sam) who remembered us from the last experience, which I find quite impressive, especially considering the length of time between the two events. Our waiter (Andrew) for the night obviously took a page from the same book as Sam, because he too was very attentive, and seamlessly assisted us through every transition of our meal. If redemption were an event, this would be it.
