I’d like to extend my sincere gratitude to the incredible team and management at Doppio Zero Bel Air for truly restoring my faith in outstanding customer service. Lynden (or Linden), the manager, went above and beyond by personally reaching out to address last week’s experience. His thoughtful approach, genuine interest in feedback, and commitment to continuous improvement were deeply appreciated. He is a remarkable gentleman with a warm presence and a fantastic team supporting him.

I also had the pleasure of meeting the talented chef behind the delicious meals. His promise to give 110% was not just words—he delivered with excellence. The Beef Short Rib & Oxtail Brasato was nothing short of spectacular—a perfect 10/10. The flavors were rich and balanced, the texture spot-on, and the mash was silky, creamy, and packed with flavor, just as promised.

It’s clear that Doppio Zero Bel Air is dedicated to going above and beyond for their patrons, consistently serving meals that leave a lasting impression. I absolutely love this establishment and will continue to dine here with joy and confidence.
