Extremely angry

A waiter at Rosebank Doppio Zero spilt 2 Dome pedro on me by mistake which i willing took his a apology however the Manager Jaden didn't have customer care as he did not apologies for the incident and didn't even compensate me as i was soaking wet in ice cream.I think its because am black.
