excellent attitude

This serves as compliment to a manager who was on duty on Sunday,we went there with friend .after placing an order we decided to change out order with my friend.We went to the waiter to change our orders but his response was its late because the order was already submitted.he went to the manager who came to us with a big smile,en he did have a problem.his attitude was so good to his customers .even towards the collection of the bill because we were too many something there was a problem again about the source that was ordered by one of our friend who decided not to take it but the manager did have problem,he made sure that all customers are happy, his attitude was so good.keep it up sir.
