The manager at Doppio Zero Mall of Africa is the worst manager on the planet - and an absolute IMBECILE. He's impossibly ***********, rude, condescending, endlessly argues with customers for HIS mistakes, takes no accountability. The man does not deserve that position nor a job at a hospitality company.
