Doppio zero service at Lakefield on Main, Benoni

We recently visited Doppio Zero, Lakefield on Main. Our waiter brought our drinks order quite quickly, but then disappeared for over a half hour. No one came to assist until we called another waiter, who seemed indifferent to the situation. After an hour we paid for our drinks and left. This weekend, we decided to give them another chance. Again our drinks were brought fairly promptly. Pizza orders placed, we waited 40 minutes, with one employee coming to say the food would be there in 5 minutes. 40 minutes later, still no food, with all the waiters standing chatting at the back counter and very obviously avoiding making eye contact with the patrons. The pizzas arrived, cold, and after mentioning the problem, we were told that we could get 4 cappucinos free. We did not want cappucinos, we wanted attentive, prompt service. Not going back there again!!
