I breakfast took 1 hour to arrive at our table... there was no prosecco to make aperol spritz till a manager had to go buy it ... nobody knew how to make a rock Shandy they made it with soda water and worse once the food arrived I had glass in my food ... then polystyrene in my spritz ... table was not even wiped clean
