I have been there many times last year, and the service was okay. Recently from about late October 2019 until an experience today, the service is DISGUSTING. Most of the staff knows nothing about customer service. I mean absolutely nothing. This afternoon, I took a friend of mine there, the coffee was old and smelt burnt. I had to literally get up and pay at the till. No one gives a damn. The tables are wiped with smelling cloths. I nearly puked at the table.
