I received a R100 birthday voucher and the first time I tried to redeem the coloured manager told me that the system is offline and for me to be able to redeem my voucher they will need to hire an IT for me to redeem. I went back again today and they did the same thing, they took my phone to go redeem. The waitress left for a while and when she came back she asked me to open my phone cause they were trying to restart the system. I paid the bill full in cash and I left because I could see that they are gonna start the same lie again. I’m extremely disappointed with DOPPIO zero Polokwane. Your birthday vouchers are ****s and your ways to lure us to your restaurant then after eating you make us pay full amount after lying
