Thank you to the kitchen chef that corrected my order and came to apologize

I ordered a Bolognese pasta (Vegan) but the mince happened to be beef mince, upon discovery of this I notified the Manager and Chef of the error (as traditional mince would have an adverse reaction to my system and cause me to fall ill) the manager was helpful in resolving the issue and the Chef came to apologize personally for the mishap prior to any further damage being caused.
