Doppio Zero Kyalami Corner....Disgusting service

My family just had breakfast at Doppio Zero at Kyalami corner and was disgusted with the service received.

Firstly the order took so long to be prepared. We ordered 2 x toasted chicken and mayo sandwiches on Sour dough bread. We were give 1 half only .....apparently it's because sour dough is a bigger slice they only give you half. We have been to the one in the Mall of Africa and Sunninghill and always get both slices of the sour dough.

We ordered a Tirumisu milk shake and it was sour.....the manager/ owner came to to apologize and said the guy preparing it put in too much yogurt and made us a second one which was exactly the same.....it was just wasted.

The manager/ owner was a young white lady who looked so stressed and unprofessional and argued that the portions were correct.

This us the last time we would go back to that branch of Doppio Zero and warn other patrons of the nonsense you got to put up with.
