Doppio Zero Bedfordview : BIG FLY in my Latte

Doppio Zero Bedfordview: Went out with my wife yesterday the 27th Sept 2020 and we both ordered Caffe Latte. As she was drinking hers, she realized that there was a FLY in the Latte which she has started chewing thinking it could be raisons from the biscuit they give out.

I will never ever go to Doppio Again. Not much responsibility taken apart from "Sorry, we dont know how it got there" My wife spilled some of the Latte on her dress while in shock of what she found, ran to the restrooms and there were no paper towels.

I would never recommend that place to anyone for that matter. You guys suck!
