Doppio continues to lose the plot

I wrote earlier about the inconsistent quality of Doppio's croissants - I now shop at the Argentinian instead. But that doesn't seem to be the only area where Doppio is starting to lose the plot. Since they re-opened the kitchen, we've ordered from them a couple of times. The first few times on Uber Eats, which worked well, except that the request for extra Parmesan got lost. I took my daughter for a sit-down coffee, and while there mentioned this to the manager. He asked that we please rather use their WhatsApp ordering system in future. So, last Sat (22/08) we did. We ordered 2 Penne Napoletana (with extra Parmesan, no other condiments) and a Nomad Wrap. The order took longer than indicated to arrive, so I called to follow up. The driver is on his way they say. So I stand outside in the cold, waiting. Eventually I get a call from the driver to say he's outside! He's gone to the wrong address! Some more waiting, and he arrives. The card machine doesn't work, so he says he'll come back with a different one. We sit down to hopefully finally enjoy our meal hoping it's not cold, and would you believe it, it's Arabiata and not Napoletana, and also it's Rigatoni (which we don't like) and not Penne! We do get extra Parmesan at least, and the wrap is as ordered. I call them, fuming. The young lady apologises profusely, and to her credit sorts out the mess and sends some complementary bread and a pastry with the new order. She is the only star in this sorry story. I am very clear with her though that I expect a call from one of the owners - she assures me she will escalate to management who will escalate to the owners. No surprise - I'm still waiting for a call.
