Dissapointing
Terrible. The last few years Doppio Zerro Southdowns according to me, is on a downwards spiral. This is what I got served for the last time at Doppio Zerro Southdowns. Absent and unsupervised waiters, with a lack of management and poor quality food.

We are extremely disappointed to hear that you feel our standard of service as well as the quality of our food is no longer up to standard.
I want to assure you - I will be personally addressing the issues raised with all members of staff and that we will be working tirelessly on training, streamlining and professional leadership to ensure we hold ourselves accountable. We truly want to be at the standard we pride ourselves on and endeavour to ensure these standards are met.
