DISGUSTING service!!!

Went to the Doppio Zero in Chilli Lane Rivonia and i must say the service is totally DISGUSTING, ordered pasta which did not taste or look good, asked to return it and order something else and the manager had no issues, came payment time and told the waitress that were have a gift card she takes the card and returns to back to us only to find that instead of swiping the difference from our debit card she then takes the full amount again, they then advice that they will do an EFT the next day with the amount, instead some rude guy named Sudan calls and does not even want to listen to what transpired he just rudely tells us that we're known at the restaurant for returning food and people around the world are hungry, I'm not sure how we're known at the restaurant while we've only ben there twice. Sudan your attitude is TOTALLY REVAULTING!!!
