**************, Degrading and Disrespect

On the 6th October 2021 I placed a telephonic order to Doppio Zero at Rose bank. The order was fairly large and I spent about 20 minutes on the call ensuring the order was correct. I made my way to the restaurant to pay and collect the order, however my payment method was not working. At this point I realized that I had left my wallet in my laptop bag at the office, I quickly asked one of the waiters where the nearest FNB ATM was as I was planning to draw cash to pay for the order.

My colleague and I stepped out making our way to into the Mall to draw the money, the restaurant manager Kabelo Moloto came running behind us and said one of us need to stay behind until the order is paid for. I asked why is this and he stated that this is company protocol and that's how they do things.(I had not taken the food out of the restaurant at this point) He was very hostile and arrogant, my colleague quickly agreed to wait for me you could see the embarrassment on her face.

I managed to finalize the payment took my order and left. When I arrived at my destination it came to my attention that the restaurant did not include utensils and serviettes, how do we eat the food?

I contacted the restaurant and spoke to the manager his words to me were "I did apologize" I then contacted head office to inform them about my experience and they advised corrective measures would be put in place but I have not heard from them since then. The order totaled R1311 I am disgusted at the service and treatment I received, I do feel like ************** played a huge role in how my situation was dealt with.

They will never see me again.
