Disappointing first experience

Had an amazing breakfast at the establishment at Clearwater mall but was shocked when they refused to replace a full glass of juice after a fly went into it. The fly flew into my glass while I was on their premises or seating reserved for Doppio and yet they expected me to pay for a brand new glass. It was a disappointing first experience there and will not be going back in a hurry
