While I must commend the friendly service provided by the gentlemen who initially served us, I am disappointed by the treatment I received from one of your waiters his name is banele

During our meal as a family, I had the opportunity to enjoy your delicious ribs for the first time, which I found to be quite delightful. However, the overall experience was marred by the discriminatory behaviour displayed by a particular waiter. I was taken aback by his racial bias, as evidenced by his attitude towards me. For instance, banele insisted on providing me with a plastic bag instead of a paper bag, despite my clear preference. What struck me as particularly troubling was that a white customer at a nearby table received a paper bag upon request, highlighting a clear discrepancy in treatment based on race.

I believe that such discriminatory practices have no place in any establishment, and I am greatly disappointed by this incident. As a paying customer who spent R1600 during this visit, I was disheartened to be treated unfairly based on my race.

I trust that this matter will be addressed promptly, and I sincerely hope that steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I am a firm believer in equal treatment and respect for all customers, regardless of their background.
