Bellair - Raw Seafood

We sat down and ordered the prawn taco's - I immediately noticed it was undercooked prawn - even the texture and coloration of the prawn was raw.

The floor manager told us it is served raw - which is a big health risk to esp pregnant woman - I left the prawn on the plate for them to taste and investigate - it looks like they cleared the plate without investigating this and the food manager brought us 2 prawns that were perfectly fine to show us the quality of the prawn - these were perfectly done as compared to the ones we were served - then they tell us it is a ceviche dish (Which means it's being cooked from raw in a citrus type of juice) ceviche doesn't mean any cold fish dish. If the prawns are served cooked then why would you need to make a Ceviche? there is clearly a hell of a miscommunication between the staff members

We did not in any way wanted this meal for free and I even offered to pay for the taco - the food manager took it off of the bill.
