Bad service for online customers

We always have bad experience at dopio as drivers doing deliveries.. We are made to wait 30+minutes for our orders as they priorities walkin customers and the ones who order online arent their priorite at all forgetting that they are also customers who use their hard earned money to order their food.automatically as drivers we are blamed for bringing the food late whilest its not our fault nd we loose customers in that way.They must try to up their game these people prioritise both parties not only walkins
