Bad service

Doppio zero fourways was once my go to spot. But bad service and inconsistent food has sent me elsewhere. Yesterday I decided to give them another try. I sat myself down outside at a table that had not been cleared. I then waited for 15 mins without even seeing a waiter. Eventually a manager walked past and I asked him what do I need to do to get served. He told me someone would be there shortly. I waited another 10 minutes and then left. I'm surprised they have any customers
