bad service

Last night, around 20:00, I visited Doppio Zero in Mall of Africa. Unfortunately, I can't recall the name of our waiter, which reflects how lacking the service was. The most significant issue arose when a small amount of wine was accidentally spilled on our table. When one of the waitstaff passed by, I politely requested assistance in cleaning the table, recognizing she was occupied with her own tasks. Regrettably, ten minutes passed without any aid. Surprisingly, despite the restaurant's low occupancy, our designated waiter did not address our table. Strangely, when it came time to settle the bill, a different waiter attended to us.
