Bad service

Me and my husband went to Doppio Zero Clear water mall for lunch. We ordered a Doppio Zero burger. Which we waited one hour before some one came to tell us that they don't have it but can they substitute it with lamb burger . We had to wait again another one hour before we had our food. By the time they brought the food we were already feed up from waiting two hours for food. We ended up taking take away because we didn't feel hungry anymore. Sad part is we still had to pay for the food which we never even ate. I was so disappointed about their services.
