bad attitude and service

we visited doppio zero for the first time today ,first impressions last we decided to sit at the one corner of the room were there were it was less crowded ,we ordered a five roses tea from our waitress Mary she took the order and brought the tea without any tea bags I then called her and she Brought 1 teabag I then asked for another tea bag as this was a pot of tea so in my understanding 2 tea bags need to be supp**** Mary just ignored me I asked again then then after a few minutes was given the 2nd tea bag, that was the first incident we then waited for our food over 50 minutes went by then I complained to Mary ,I asked her why the food was taking so long ,I told her that if the food is not ready then can we pay for the drinks and leave ,the 1 platter of food did arrive after 5 or so minutes and after a few minutes the pizza that we ordered arrived ,I asked Mary to speak to the manager and I firstly pointed out about the teabags ,he then responded to me with such arrogance that head office advised them to only give you 1 teabag with a pot of tea ,I then told him that I no longer want to speak to him as he is so arrogant and he never apologized to me he went on my saying that I am arrogant ,I told him that I will take this to social media and he told me to do whatever I want to do .I further went to the wimpy at the mall of the south just to clear the air about how many teabags must be given with the five roses tea and she told me that 2 teabags is what they supply case closed ,these arrogant bunch of people need to be exposed and they need to know that the customers pay there salaries as well as the rental for that space that they are renting and the customer is there real boss they need to learn to be customer driven ..
