Greenside Doppio Zero fails in all aspects

This must be the worst Doppio Zero around!

They lack in all aspects, from the attitude of the waiters, to the food and the general hygiene of the facilities.

Everytime I go there I cannot believe how slack their service is.

Last night yet again they exceeded my expectations by having a glum waitress attending to my table, with an attitude that she was doing me a favour by taking our orders. Once your order has been taken do not expect anyone for the next hour until they serve either burnt buns on their Hamburgers, or a hard roll for their Prego Pollo (instead of Turkish bread) which they never have in stock. This even though it states on the menu that the Prego Pollo is served on Turkish bread. Last night to add to the ambience, we had a ****roach running up my daughters leg, one of many on the deck.

Our food took over an hour from order.

We were served bread in the interim without the usual chilli, garlic and parmesan. I had to ask when our waitress deemed it fit to swoosh around.

Last week I was told they ran out of butter?

So a basic item, bread and butter...without the butter!

Every single time I go this restaurant I am amazed that they are still operating as everyone around complains about the same issues I complain about.

Even if you complain on their app you never get a response, nor via the Web.

Guess I'll have to find another restaurant and spend my money elsewhere
