Worst company to deal with, absolutely pathetic

I purchased a garage door and had it installed on 12th Dec 2014.Doorzone firstly didn't deliver remotes and accesories when fitting the door. Doorzone denied not delivering the remotes and accessories and insisted they have signed delivery note showing acceptance. After 2 months they found the remotes and accessories at their offices.The remotes were delivered and then a week later the accessories were delivered but not installed because the technician needed another technician to do the job. <br> To date 4 months later, the accessories are at my house uninstalled. <br> I then reported the door not closing properly, after weeks of complaining, Doorzone finally sent somebody out and claimed the spring fitted was too small.They claimed that the door was painted terribly which caused the operation of the door to fail. They, then requested i pay for repairs and re-installation. <br> After much deliberation with Doorzone i accepted their answers and paid it. <br> Now the door is installed and the problem still exists. Called them and they say they will send somebody out when available. No date and time, no urgency, they have my money in the bank. Don't ever use this company !
