Very bad after sale service

On the 02.02.2015 I report the faulty garage door motor, it took them 3-4 weeks to send out their service team, the took away the motor and every time I call or email am told that they will check and get back to me which never happens till today. My last call was last week Tuesday and I got the same response. I won't recommend Doorzone to any one.
