Terrible Service

Worst service ever. They installed a garage motor about a year ago and its stopped working.

I contacted them on the 9th August and the owner Jacques, who promised to come and fix it on the same day. Sadly he didn't pitch up.

Since then, I've been calling him several times daily to reschedule. I've sent him WatsApp messages and left messages at his office. He doesn't answer my calls, nor does he return any of my calls, WatsApps and messages that I've left at his office.

I would warn anyone who whats to use their business to exercise caution.
