******** OR WHAT ?

I ordered a house front door of which I was told they will manufacture once they get all the money. I made two payments of which the last was paid on the 17-07-2019 , to date I have not received my door . their last communication on the 11-10-2019 after I told the I want my refund was , staff are on strike the demand 15% salary increases so everything is on hold. What puzzles now is the land line is not working and all their business cell numbers are off...website and facebook is off. Since by that time there was no further communications......don't really know what is happening ...my money I paid for the door ...
