Not delivering / installing product

<p>I have bought a new battery for my garage door but Doorzone does not deliver.</p> <p> </p> <p>They claim they are phoning me and SMS's me but I never received any. They do have my email address because they once rep**** to me, but they don't use that to communicate with me.</p>
