Leaking garage door

We bought a new customized gothic garage at DoorZone Centurion in Aug 2015, only to find that the door is leaking on the panels..we then informed DoorZone about the leakage, they took over a month to respond to the complaint let alone coming on site. After several emails the came to assess the leakage...they since disappeared.
