Extremely poor service

The after sales service at this shop is extremely poor, not to mention the employees bad attitude and arrogance (Ms Meriska). I will definitely never buy a garage door again here. I bought two garage doors in July 2018 and both motors are still under warranty, one of the motors just stopped working and I have just been told by the shop that they don't know when the technician will come, they will contact me (just like that). What kind of customer service is this????
