Unprofessional service. I bought a double automated garage door. I sent them an email as a procedure to report any problem encountered in its functionality. They didn't come back to me. I called them as there was no response from them. They acknowledged receipt of my email. They promised to come back to me as soon as possible. The didn't. I called them again and the promised me to send technicians today on Tuesday. They did not come. I called them, they said they are still looking for a technician. Our cars are parked outside everyday since the door was not operating,something I made them aware of. I have lost trust in them.
