Doorzone after sale service very poor

I purchased a double garage door from Doorzone Centurion last year around August/September, to date its the motor is breaking for the second time. Each time we have called them to come and repair the motor they take their precious time to come and we now have to manually close and open the door - mind you this is a double wooden door that even my wife has to manually operate. I have requested them now to come and fix it and i am still waiting, its the third week now.<br> <br> I would highly advise that they improve their customer service as this is highly unacceptable and will never recommend them to anyone.
