Bad service and exploitation of pensioners
On behalf of my mother who is a pensioner I am wring this complaint. She bought two automated garage doors at DoorZone that included installation. Everything went well and on schedule and the doors was up and running within a week. When they finished to install the doors the front-man said he needed extensions for the doors for power. This after one of the mangers said while doing the quotation they supply everything. when he was called he said sorry he forgot. One light was also not working and after following up everyday they only came to fix it about a week later. Within the time the doors had to be oiled. The panels start to bubble. And yet again, after a week the manager had a look and said he will keep her updated. Yet again after following up no messages got to the managers. When I, as a third party called to understand the situation, the manager explained that he is busy with the situation. Why is it that pensioners are targets of bad service? If it was not for me who phoned back, who will stand up for the mother who does not have children near her? I am very disapointed and disgusted with DoorZone's exploitation of pensioners and BAD client service...
