Gary was quick to provide a quote and promise excellent service with the best pricing. However, after spending around R100k on brand-new doors and installation for my new build, the experience has been nothing short of a disaster.

The doors and frames took an unreasonably long time to arrive. Instead of handling the installation himself, he outsourced it to another company and never followed up to ensure the work was completed. Over a year later, the installation is still unfinished.

The quality of the doors is shocking—many were incorrectly sized despite multiple measurements taken by Gary and his team. It’s clear that once he received the payment, customer service became nonexistent.

I’m genuinely surprised this business is still running. I would never use his services again and would strongly advise others to stay away.
