Excellent service: Doors Direct, Durban

I recently ordered a barn door and railing system from Doors Direct Online Store. The service I received from these guys was excellent. The quality of the product exceeded my expectations. While unpacking, I realized that a part was missing and contacted them immediatly. They apologized and without any issues/run around, the missing part was sent to me within two days. Taking into consideration that I live in Pretoria while they are situated in Durban, the service was excellent and serve as an example to other companies in SA.
