Sub Standard Work & Unprofessional /********* Business Practice

Mr Tshepo Sejeng was appointed to manufacture and install a concealed glass and aluminium garage door. The door was manufacture and installed with the following snags & faults: 1. the door leaf was the incorrect size. 2. incorrect plastic hinges were used. The hinges need to be installed in a specific number sequence and direct. This was not how it was installed. 3. The glass edges were not adequately polished resulting in it chipping and cracking. I requested a meeting with Mr Sejeng and upon inspection acknowledged the above faults and sub standard workmanship. He undertook to make a complete new door which eventually proofed to be a lie. He request for the installed door to be removed to recycle the door which i duly declined as the a agreement was a complete new door. Since he reneged on this agreement i requested that he refunds my deposit and remove his door which he refused to door. Subsequent to this the entire door collapsed causing damage to the door and blow the garage motor. This door is in-operational and has to be replaced by a reputable company.
