Bad service

Hi good afternoon I would like to refer to a booking not done correctly at doringlaagte camp resort and now want to force us from 4 nights to 7 nights due to not booking me in as what I asked so please when going or booking at this place please insure all the information is correct as am in a dispute with them over a booking and bad service from their personnel and how rude they are with you over a phone
