*********** and Arrogance Door2Door repairs

In September 2018 I have phoned this company to come out and have a look at a Samsung washing mashine that just stopped working. When I phoned I spoke to a Kenny. They came to my house to have a look and told me that it was the motherboard that broke down and that it need to be replace at a cost of R2700 which I paid. But when they came to collect the washing machine they laid it down on the side. At the time I did query the position of the washing machine and the guy who collected it assured me that it was no problem. After a week I had to phone them to enquire about my machine and then they brought it back. The very next day I did the washing and the mashine made one hell of a rattling noise. I phone them back and they ( Kenny) with attitude told me that he will send someone out that very same day..which never happened. When I called back my call was ditched continuously. I have tried several times to speak to the owner of the business but was told that he was not available and that he would call me back which never happened and on later enquirer I was told by extreme arrogant Kenny that the owner was abroad. Now it is November and because of the extreme rattling of the mashine because the stabilizers have not been set correctly when the machine was brought back the bearings have now been broken. I have phone several times to please speak to the owner and can not get through to him. A certain Stanley on the other side which answer the centurion branch is just as arrogant and now I have to pay another R1700 for the bearings to be replaced. Anyone who reads this report please DO NOT USE them as they extremely unprofessional and ***********.
