Roller Door horrible experience, please avoid and shop elsewhere.

Placed an order in November 2025. lead time for the door was 2 - 3 weeks from the date of payment. (We over paid them witha few thousand Rand - no credit or reimbur*****t, As of 8th April 2026 the roller door is not complete, Door works promised a 2-3 weeks delivery which included installation, their team come to take measurements. In December, we phoned them to ask when we are getting our door, after a few calls they did not answer their phones, I had to call in the lawyers of which door works shrugged off.

Eventually got to speak to the 'owner" that made a difference but soon the communications stopped, and a few weeks ago the team came to install the roller door which was about 50cm too short.

Again promises were made and they were going to make 5 slates to extend the door. It is a now a month and i wonder how long does it take to make a shutter door, the cover is apparently too long, please remember their team took the measurements. Again phone and no answer, but change to a different number then they to quick to answer.

Please if you are looking for a roller door / shutter door do not use this company, rather pay a few rand more, do a search or visit the service provider premises and avoid loosing money and your sanity.
