Bad service

I am very disappointed with the service from Door to Door Appliances. They collected our coffee machine for repair, but not only did they fail to fix it — they returned it in worse condition than before. Despite several follow-ups, the issue has still not been resolved, and we have not received any proper explanation or compensation. This kind of service is unacceptable and shows poor customer care and accountability. We trusted the company to handle our appliance professionally, but the experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend Door to Door Appliances based on this experience. The technicians name is Bradley who broke our coffee machine.
