Double garage door delivery failure

Door and Garage King had a shop opened at our local shopping centre. I opened a lay-bye account with them on the 5 April 2017 for an alluminium double garage door. I paid R 8000 for the 1st installment, R 1000 next, R 2000 and lastly R 900. The door cost R 13 999 including R 1500 for installation, which I did not pay until they could deliver and install the door. I was told to wait for delivery, I waited and waited. At some point when I went to check I was told a wrong door was delivered at the shop and they returned it and are awaiting the correct one. I kept checking to no avail. One afternoon when I went, there was an attorney's note at the door that showed that the shop has been closed. I tried to phone the attorney with the number provided on the note but he couldn't help and told me to phone the owner who promised to deliver but the following day when I called, he no longer picked my calls. I went to the police station but was told it is not in their jurisdiction to follow that up. One day when I went to Lenasia, I saw a shop with the similar name and went in to enquire. They told me they were supplying him with stock but he was not a part of them. They gave me his address and numbers because he ******* many other people and they have also been coming to them. I was frustrated and didn't know what to do. I met someone recently who told me about you. I knew him as Abdul or something like that and he is said to live at 10 Limpopo Street, Emmarentia.
