Still the best service ever - going the extra mile.

I used to purchase from Doodles-cafe in the past, and never had real problems that they weren't prepared to help me with. After a long time of not purchasing online, I returned to find a few things have changed, including the payment process. Sadly the process now involves a payment method I'm not comfortable with. I decided to make use of their site's chat option and engaged with Angie. At first she just rep**** 'Sorry' with which my heart sunk to the ground, but then she rep**** again offering to investigate and see if I cannot EFT the way I used to before. Just the mere fact that she was willing to find out for me was great! At the end she guided me to paying in a way I was comfortable with. I've always gotten GREAT service from Bianca Frost from Doodles Cafe via email, and I am happy to say that, using the chat, approximately a year after my last engagement with them, their customer service is stil TOP NOTCH and they really made my day.
