Bad (or non-existing) service

I ordered a fathersday onesie for my baby on 7 June 2018, paid for it in full (R308) and received a confirmation.

However, the onesie never arrived and since then their website has not been active due to upgrades. My numerous emails are also not answered and my Facebook and messenger attempts to contact them has been futile.

Extremely bad service of a company I’m not sure exists anymore.
