Item never delivered

After ordering a android TV box, doodah promised delivery with tracking number 3 times, however they never delivered, never sent feedback. I have phoned, emailed, WhatsApp, SMS'e multiple times, each time with empty promises. I still don't have the item that I ordered more than a month ago. Do not use this company to purchase anything.
