Falls advertising and BAD service

Very bad service. I Order from them on 26 June with the promise it will be delivered within 5-15 days. After inquiring on the 9th of July thy promise my order is on the way. They send me documentation of a order that must go to Durban but I stay in Pretoria on inquiry they apologise it was not my order but another client. My order was not even ordered from the provider yet. I canceled my order via e-mail on the 10th of July and still no update or e-mail from them. I phoned again on the 12th to ask about my refund and what is going on. Only then they send a e-mail to confirm cansellation (after dropping the phone in my ear). I phone them again on the 17th and spoke to "Shane" he promise me he will update me. 18th I phone again spoke to Kiara now there system is of line she took all my details. Still no feedback. If you order it must be paid before any orders are done but when you cansel you have to wait for 7 days +++++ This is very bad service and falls advertising
