Doodah Poo Poo Dah

I bought a product from Doodah on 12 December 2018. This was done through their online site doodah.co.za.

I immediately made a payment, upon confirmation of quote on the website. Took 2 days for the payment to clear. It showed then "Invoiced"...it still shows "Invoiced" unfortunately on 02 January 21019.

I contacted the Doodah team on 15 December - they came back saying that the manufacturer had discontinued the product. I thought, Wow! At least very good service in terms of coming back with communication! AND, THAT was where Mr Doodah fell flat!

Mr Doodah Doodah has not responded since 15 December 2018 - 19 days. Nineteen days!!!! Wow!

The product that I bought I wanted to start a business with - it is a tool for a start-up business! Mr Doodah, if you see this, you should be ashamed of holding back aspiring entrepreneurs.

It has been a disgraceful experience with Doodah. Do not buy from here. Other options include: Alibaba, BidorBuy, Gearbest, Takealot.
